We do our utmost to keep the cashback rates updated at alltimes however they are subject to change, both up and down and hence from time to time the information displayed here may be out of date.

The vast majority of transactions from retailers track successfully, however, occasionally some transaction may not be tracked. If one of your transactions is not listed in the cashback statememnt within 15 days from your purchase, please submit a 'Balance Enquiry' within 30 days of the transaction, as we will be unable to chase up older transactions.

Although we promise to do our utmost to try and claim untracked transactions, please note that some retailers may not be very helpful and willing to assist.

We promise to chase untracked transactions but reserve the right to stop enquiries at any time.

Please do not make purchase decisions based on expected cashback as it is not 100% guaranteed.
